Starting a 3d Game Company Need A PHPcoder

Hello,

I need a PHP coder to edit a forum system(PHPBB OR MYBB) and add some script. I need a POINT SYSTEM, A Redeem system and a security system.

Point System Detailed:
Point system as in, I want a Donation system so people can donate points, from Admin Panel, I can do the following.

- Add Points
- Subtract points
- Pick the amount of points (As in I can put a random number and thats their points)
- Certain type of users get diffrent kind of points (Admins get Unlimited, Mods get 5000, Members get 100)
- Donate Points
- Synced with the Redeem system.

Redeem System Detailed:
A Person can redeem points and get certain download links. So as in it takes to a PHP points and it checks the points they have and sais, you have X points. Then it says all the links and then it says the points they need and then when they click they get a confirm message (with the verification) asking if they want to come redeem this link and lose X credits. When they click yes, it subtracts those credits, and starts the download link (LINK CANNOT BE EXPOSED PLEASE TELL ME A WAY TO SECURE THEM 100%!!) And I can add more links, pick their cost and the link where its located in the Admin panel.

SECURITY SYSTEM A MUST:
I need a way to secure the links so no one else can go into the directory (including Spiders from Search engines) Maybe like, thrs a password on the directory which is logged in once they click YES when downloading through the redeem system, and when the download starts it clears those cookies from the page or something like that


Note : Security can be your choice just secure them please.. and the other two, if you have brighter ideas you can let me know. You must tell me how much you will charge before proceeding. And you must meet deadlines ( you tell me how much time you will take and you finish it by then ). You must be active atleast once a day to check your emails and such and reply back.. If you are going to be away (delaying the project) you can let me know earlier on please..

So, what are you trying to accomplish, php has nothing to do with 3d games
