Need a forum crew

Hello. As you can see from the headline, I'm in pursuit of a few experienced forum users. I have a domain, and a forum (SMF) installed on it. The address is Moneymarsh dot Com - Index and you can check it out.

So far, I've only written registration rules, 'cause I didn't have the time to do the rest. I want this forum to be about money, how to make it online, etc.

If someone is interested to work on this forum with me, I would be very thankful. Once the forum grows, and starts making money, we will split the share. I would also be very happy to have more than one admin, and more than few moderators.

Everyone who is interested to work can have whatever status you want, as long as you promote the forum, and work on it. Please understand that I'm seventeen years old, and I'm trying to make as much of the Net as possible... I won't dissapoint you.

What is your exact plan on making money off the forum? What will your marketing schemes be? How much time will you commit, and how much do you expect us/me to commit?

First of all, I would like to fill the forum with some quality content. It's summer here, so I'm going to work as much as I can on it (at least an hour-two a day). As for the marketing - Since I have no money for advertising, I will be doing some promotion on forums like this.

I don't expect you to work all day, or promote the forum all day long, I only expect you to be patient. It's good if you don't work something just because of the money.

My main goal for the next two months is to pump up the content, and find about 50-100 active members. If you (or anyone) want to help, then please register...

When you reach some decent amount of traffic, it's easy to monetize. Don't you think ? So, the monetization is the easier part.

I will be an admin. I have a lot of experience in the past with running succesful forums. I have moderate-excellent english grammar. I would be able to advertise the site without spamming etc. I hope you will consider me. =) My username on your site is chica. =)

@ chica, you are approved as a Global moderator for the moment. If you keep up the good work, the Admin position is there.

I've worked on many forums, but they were mostly on my native language (Serbian).
