Hello, I am thinking of starting an auction site that sells clothes. I have made basic sites, and have no experience with auction sites. I was wondering if anybody here has any knowledge in that area. All help and advice is welcome.

Hi rmancrusader,
Have you tried any readymade script for same? There are a lot of ready made php/mysql scripts available online free and paid versions for same and a lot more.

What type of clothes do you plan to sell? If you sell just plain cheap T-Shirts, you'd probably won't get enough business.

I used a script called PHP Pro Bid . I don't know how much you would like to spend but if you don't have PHP knowledge , then this is the right path .

Site script + Web hosting for 1 month + Logo + co.cc Domain + Banner

For dd$ / cash [1000dd$ or $5 paypal]
Script is fully legit, web hosting is from hostgator (unlimited space)
Domain will be a free co.cc one, since one .com domain will take $10.
