[resolved] Multiple Years - 07-28-2007, 07:01 AM

Would it be possible for me to pay off 2 years of registration on one domain when i originally request it?

Can i get a discount as .coms cost almost the same amount so lets say 5000 points for a .com for 2 years

You can register your domain for multiple years. Make sure you mention the registration length while requesting your domian.

As of now there is no discount. You must pay the cost of the domain multiplied by the number of years you'd like it registered for.

When it comes to renewal, do I just donate 3000 to weblord then put in that thread that I requested the domain that I want to renew, I dont get the explanation in the domain rules .

I'm not too sure about that procedure either

But i think you have to push your domain to weblord too (which i am not sure how to do)

Firstly, donate the required amount of points to weblord. Then post in the domain registration/renewal forum mentioning that it is a domain renewal and how many years you are paying for. Finally push the domain to weblord (changing the registrant of your domain). To do so:
  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. From the Domain Names menu, select Manage Domains.
  3. In the Domain Control Center window, select the domain name(s) you want to change.
  4. Click the Account Change button.
  5. In the New Registrant area, enter william@nabaza.com as the new email address and your own information for the other required fields so that weblord can easily push it back to you with the correct information.
  6. Read the Domain Name Change Registrant Agreement, and if you agree to the terms, select For security purposes I authorize.
  7. Click Continue. A list of the services associated with the domain name displays. These services will be cancelled.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Click OK.
