If we earn a domain here, do we have access to change our domain name servers whenever we want? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can. Once your request for a domain is accepted the domain is pushed to your account and thereafter becomes yours in totality. You can change the nameservers through the control panel in your DomainRightNow account.
