Creating A New Language Forum - Please Read

For all people asking to create new language forum, we have 2 small requirement:
(1) existing staff/mod must know those language [atm English, Spanish and Filipino - also languages we can speak and read.
(2) 10 minimum speaking that other language but you also need to communicate in English well.

If those are satisfied then you can request other language(s) forums to be created, if not then sorry it can't be.
