they alwayz ask for moeny.
if u hav minor problem, they ask for money to support.

i would always better suggest you for asmallorange.com as its the best Host ever.
Although you have to wait for months to get your Hosting as their servers are always booked.

Prices are a bit high indeed, i suppose for the asking price they're offering top service aswell as customer service I could imagine, I find that department lacks!
