250mb webspace nowadays is very small maybe for a small personal site it will be used, i tried applying at 0catch.com for one of my domains to provide free hosting services as well , found out that they are already merged or bought by bluehost.com because when they answered when i emailed partners@0catch.com bluehost customer support replied.
