I don't think you will be able to get free shoutcast because shoutcast servers normaly need to be dedicated or at least semi-dedicated to be able to work without interuption.

yes .. and unless somebody is so nice ... which is pretty rare .. cux they would not be able to get anything back in return .. unless they are looking for ppl who might try out the free service and upgrade plans or sth ...

if u need free broadcasting server u can go to
FREE shoutcast FREE radio Station - All Online Radios
this is very easy to use service...

FREE PLAN 1: max of 24 kbps and 50 slots - 100 dds / month
