Ihostserver.com is another place for free web hosting.

In terms of disk space and bandwidth, they may not be as great as others, but I can say that the server is reliable. Their cPanel is called VistaPanel and the interface is clean. I have not face any difficulties so far and as far as I'm concerned, the server is up almost all the time!
