I'm looking for...-No pop-ups
-Free
-Easy to use host

i know alot of these sometimes stop applications, but they go on and off.
ive had brilliant experiences with:

try freewebs.com i heard its been updated now with new features it does not have any pop-ups just a link back to them below your website.

Try Zeeblo - free, reliable and has relativley good plans available in return for posts on their forum. Great option if you don't need high powered hosting solution. Has a very good uptime as well.

Also, there are no ads or pop-ups on zeeblo hosting, forgot to mention that before.

Raydi hosting is another option to you if you want free hosting with no pop-ups and reliability
