my brother does a small upload, where you can upload small jpeg/gif/bmp files onto his site and access at school/college/work etc. http://josephheskett.com/upload.htm
.php's had to be banned because people used it to hack the website.

Wow!! fantastic list - i will check them out. Except i use my current web hosting service to upload files and then access them. Are all of those websites free?
I just started using PhotoBucket for photo hosting, but I'm not sure I'm sold on it yet. It was neat to "invite" people to look at one of my online photo albums, but I didn't have a way to hide certain pics I didn't want or need to be made available to those I invited. Maybe that is a feature you pay for, or maybe I'm just not doing it right.
I didn't like Photo Bucket either. There is another I see on blogs, and the pictures scroll in a video sort of. I can't recall the name of the provider, though.
