Windows Vista

Windows Vista is quite okay... though, maybe it's a good idea to wait out till the first service pack comes.

IMO xp>vista right now. i dont think i'll be getting vista untill it's done.

some of the features that vista has, i think they just copied off from linux and mac...terrible...

and some programs arent even compatible with vista...

Windows Vista is as stupid as a bag of rocks
I'm not saying this, only because I'm a Linux user, but because I had the "pleasure" to test it and come to the conclusion that this OS is not only resource consuming, making it not suitable for gamers, but also not compatible with most of the XP software and hardware.

Microsoft should come up with an ad like "Get Your New Vista. Powered by: Kingston, ATI, ASUS, Nvidia, Intel, AMD...."

I have it and I couldn't be more happier

In my opinion, it's great product. I like the glass effect the best of all Really nice product, way to go Microsoft!!!

Well im yet to see the glass effect since i dont have a proper video card but im not short of ram nor cpu power & i can tell you its way faster than xp in every way, start-up,program start times etc. all we need is the first service pack to fix some minor details and its good as gold.

For me i still feel that vista is not ready for use. I need to use a lot of different programs for school and vista doesnt support them. Guess i'll have to wait till vista supports them before i change over to it.

I wouldn't say the best but it's great.
I'm still using XP
