So If I see a stolen or illegally used image or series of texts which I know myself or others wrote, on a non crediting page online (you can find this with plagiarism software) and i go to the WHOIS directory and it is masked, how can I find out who is doing it? Do I write an email to the administrative contact for the registrar or admin for the nameservers listed? | |
