Legasl stuff

I wan't to register a domain now and I was thingking to make a site where users can post tutorials theat they made for other ppl to see.
What legl issues are here? Do I need to make this site legal or I can just register the domain, put the site on and everything is good?

Anybody? I really need to know this.

I know that I am answering this really after the fact but I'll answer it anyway encase other people have the same question.

From my (highly limited) understanding of laws it depends. In most countries you can just register the domain, find a host, and there you go. But in other countries, like China, you have to apply for a permit if you want the site to be hosted in mainland China, you don't have to do anything if you want to host it outside.
