Is there international cyber law that apply for all countries so that one can be punish or bring to trial for their cyber fraud or abuse? I want to be little clear about that. Pls make to known to the people like me. Thanks.

I have no clue... But I know there are laws against illegal downloads in most/all countries. Hope I somewhat helped

I read up on this subject, and yes there are "Cyber Laws" if you google "Cyber Laws" a million sources will pop up. If you do not wish to do that, then go here; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyber_law
It shows many laws, and other sources you can browse.

Well i think there are some basic factor similar in every law and every countri have customised for there requierement.. But i think basic is same in all countire.s

I am from india and In india there is cyber law called IT act. They punish for breaking law. Some of it's point for common users published in Digit magazine.
