It's okay to download copyrighted files, but the RIAA suggests that you should delete all copyrighted files after 24 hours of use. Therefor you can't really get in trouble...

(I reccommend downloading the files right onto disk, so it was never on your harddrive :P:P)

I tend to forget to delete stuff after the 24 hr limit, I need to get on myself about that and delete things. But either way you have it its still illegal as many have said.
