I heard that pyramid techniques are illegal in the USA, for example something like this: You have a list of 6 PayPal email addresses. Pay $1 to each then bump #1 off the list and make yourself #6, then whoever was #6 to #5, etc. then post the list at a ton of different websites so people will pay you. Is that legal in the United States? Or atleast, the state of Massachusetts? If it is legal would it be allowed to post in DDBoard lol | |
