Agreement notice?

what all should i include in my aggreement notice and privacy policy, etc???

A basic agreement notice would include the folowing:
-Copyright* [on content]
-Rights to use content
-Criteria for submission of content* [you would want to prevent some other bad stuff from being submitted/uploaded to your site]
-Indemification [for protecting your company]
-Additional terms*
-User banning/Moderation*
-Content moderation*
*commonly found in most agreements, but is optional

A basic privacy policy would have these:
-How such information on site is being handled
-Assurence that such info won't be used for anything bad
-Assurence that such info won't be leaked out

Hmm... the above guidelines I made was for content-based sites [e.g. one of your sites: storyera]... maybe it could be tweaked to suit your needs [in this case, the "content" would be referred to as "sites" that take part in the ad publishing].

*Ad-publishing sites in this context refers to sites that publish ads for other sites [e.g. Google's AdSense programme]

For ad publishing sites [you wanted an agreement for such sites right?], you can use the following in the agreement:
-Indemnification of [your] company
-What content is allowed in the ads
-What sites are allowed to take part
-Content moderation/screening
-User banning/moderation [if they break the terms, etc.]
-Other special requirements [like the amount of site hits, measures to prevent click fraud, amount of accounts allowed for one person, etc.]
