hi,
how can we take care of the domain offers which arent real.what happens if anyone cheats us.how can we trust a person.is there any care taken .are the transactions secured.

Well I'm guessing you got a domian and want to know if its safe. From what I know its all very secure and the domain ownership is handed over to you. Its like you bought the domain from the admin but for $0.

Yes, that is how it works here, but I think he is referring more to the safety of domain transactions with strangers on the net.

Well I mean unless you have like some hacker or stalker reading your e-mail or however or whichever way the transaction is made it should be fine. However I do see your concern there are bad people on the net. If you are overly concerned with the transaction you should just contact the administrator and tell him to make the transaction in your preference. I dont know if he or she would so good luck. I'm pretty sure it should be fine. I don't think you have to worry.

if paypal is used as method of payment, you can file a dispute against the one who scammed you but as internally as far as domain registrars are concerned, there are no domain ownership change, all pushes and transfer happened internally and they can't stand as referree if a domain pushes over to another domainer without their knowledge and without payment, i think there's weakness in that kind of policy on that area, where domainers are really left on their own.
