lol usingwindows. There are too many sites to count. As long as your there to help people, your fine. People who got in trouble are people who had domains like windows-updates.com and such and attempted to get away with it. Just remember to put the non-affiliate info.

PS-Dave Zen you sound like a freakin government coffeeboy, give it up.

How sure are you that you're getting the most out of your OS? You probably aren't, so visit Using Your OS today! Now on top of Google!

Thanks. But I prefer to give as much accurate information as possible when a
few others post what they believe is how things go in the offline world.

I don't claim to know how things will always occur. But I can give a few ideas
what can happen.

People around here or elsewhere are free to ignore what I posted. But...don't
come crying mama if one of you believed one of the inaccurate things a few
posters here made and ended up learning things the hard way.

The important thing is to know what you're doing without potentially stepping
on someone else's toes, especially one who's prepared to enforce their rights.

I have successfully registered usingyouros.com, which covers all operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux). If I have to change something in the future, at least I don't have to worry about changing my domain name.

Congratulations on your new domain name! I suppose you got it through DDBoard? I hope you succeed with that site, and don't run into any more trouble.
