Legal Issues with site idea...?

I am wondering if anyone knows if I will be facing any legal issues with the site I plan to have up and running in a few months.

Let me start off by saying I am from the USA.

I plan to have an incentive site, where I give away stuff for free. Members will have to complete certain amount(s) of task(s) in order to recieve the reward.

If you need more details about the site, let me know.

I plan on using an affiliated network that pays per lead/action, as the task(s) members have to do.

Do you for see any legal issues or anything I have to do prior to launch of the website? As far as my knowledge is (not much with online legalities) I will not be facing any legal issues and I hope I am correct.

The only legal issue I just thought of is filing with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) the amount of profit I made from the site, or is that not needed?

well, if you're planning to extend in the future I guess thats a must, isn't it?

I don't think there should be any legal issues with such a site, but maybe it is different in the US - perhaps you should check with the authorities or something?
