You'll be fine at school if your technicians are dumb (unfortunatley - mine werent) there's also the way of google translate tool which translates the page - into english or whichever language - and that usually acts as a proxy server aswell.

Thats a very clever idea. No teacher would suspect Google of stuff like that

Actually, most "blocking" systems block by webaddress name, meaning certain keywords in certain areas, not actuall url's. You would also need a remote base 64 encoder to do the trick then.
