I think Nissan motors should have tried to offer to buy the domain before taking legal action. I dont think Nissan motors has a case at all.

Nissan should of just "bought out" then just to try and sue them and try and get it their way.

I just read that thread, yeah, it looks similiar. I'm not sure if it's the same though. Nissan.com seem to be in a much safer situation.

Funny about that. If they wanted the domain they should have taken it ages ago. Not ages after and try get a lawsuit.
