Are there any paypal-like options that people under 18 can use that anyone knows of?

Nope i think you have to be 18. But don't worry, i don't think anyone gets caught if they are not 18 and there are loads of people that do it.

i have a paypal too, and i'm not 18 either. it's not like it's totally illegal or anything. they just say that, to warn you that you should be mature enough to do this money handling kind of stuff.

It actually is against policy to register if you're under 18, but they don't check it. My friends sister is fifteen and she registered on PayPal, even got HER bank account added and verified.

Hmm... I have paypal and i have 18... I think it's illegal to have paypal under 18

I was just 14 when I created my Paypal Account!
I even recieved payment on that account and I even paid for a .info domain using the same account and I have still not added any credit card or any bank account! Just using the minimum limit!
I made all these transactions at 14. I had not made any transaction from months and I had just forgotten about my paypal account I remembered right now about that after reading about pay pal and saw that I stil have $7 on that account!
