If you want the contact info, do a Whois search on the domain to find its owner if you're still upset. Then notify him/her to remove the copyrighted content if you wish so.

well, he's getting your name out though, I'd say you should try to contact him to say "um, please ask me first" but then if he wants to continue with your permission, let him. just make him post a link to your tutorials rather than just including them in his blog

i couldn't agree more! Any exposure on the internet is good exposure. He could actually be referencing you as an authority figure, which is priceless IMO.

If you have CPanel hosting, then enable "HotLink Protection."
That will fix your bandwidth problem.

As for the content theft, threaten legal action and tell everyone on his site that it was stolen. Eventually, he'll have to give up and remove the stolen content.

To protect your images' bandwith, use some hotlink protection from Cpanel. If you don't use Cpanel, just 'Google' some tuts on the web, they will surely give you some. And send the website owner a message that he has copied your site content and is considered illegal.

Write him an open letter in your blog and ask anybody who read that to comment on his behavior, maybe he'll be ashamed to hear what other people think about what he's doing.
