Coke Troubles?

Yeah, you read the subject right.

I want to have a domain with the word "coke" or "coca-cola" in it... is this legal? Would I be violating anything?

I don't think so.. well not coke anyways..probably would have some trouble using coco-cola though

With coke? No.
Coca-Cola, Yes. Coca Cola is a trademarked named and if it's used it can result in the person getting sued by the company... That is unless you have written consent from the company to use it.

not even koca-kola is not allowed . as whoamifooling said coke is ok since coke is not a trademark. " Coke is a solid carbonaceous material derived from destructive distillation of low-ash, low-sulfur bituminous coal."

Coke is ok if you use it, but spice it up, something like VitaminCoke or something!
