What license do you use for your works? Are they effective?
I've been applying CREATIVE COMMONs for a couple of weeks now. I think that creative commons is quiet respected around.

Do you use any license for your works?

mostly creative commons for me.
I don't explicitly say that, but for the most part I make all my work available for people to use (unless someone specifically pays me to make something, then it's theirs to choose)

of course the other thing to worry about is liability... but hopefully nobody will sue you for this or that, right?...
