Can someone go into the do and do nots of the CAN-SPAM act... I have looked online but their site is confusing and focuses mostly on "protecting" your inbox from spam.

(Or link me to the entire act?)

i only know that u will have to allow the company or person u gave your email address to, to send you emails .

as for the "spammer" point of view, you may send up to a certain number of the emails with the same content to a certain number of receiptants ..

Ya, that is what I found as well... but it really doesn't go into cell phone marketing, which I need :P
