But it was created with malicious intent.
If it wasnt meant for other purposes they wouldnt have tried to claim innocense instead of letting it carry on.

That's still illegal. You're downloading the software from someone elses client page which they got by paying for LimeWire. You didn't pay for LimeWire and they paid for themselves, not you.

I personally use limewire, I find like 99% of the stuff illegal on there.

Well, doesn't this depend on what you are searching on limewire. If you are searching for movies, downloading them would be illegal.

but lately..the connection is not good..

There's no way to prove that without a statement(or other form of proof) written by the creator(s).

Limewire is mostly legal. I don't think it is for all their files because a classmate recieved a nasty letter from some orginization. I forgot the details, but they tried to use fear tactics because some of the consequences they listed were outragous.

No limewire it's self not illegal. But you have to be careful what you download it could be copyrighted. just be careful what you download then you be fine. i hope that helps.
