This form also may be used to submit a complaint to the FTC concerning media violence. The information you provide is up to you. Yep and I heard the FCC is looking to make an example out of any company operating online that isn't fulfilling it's part of the bargain, like Netflix. That might also cover defrauding customers/users.

Well, if they're dumb enough to flout laws they deserve to get punished and fined. With the flow of information the way it is today I'm surprised people don't bend over backwards making sure they do things that can't get them sued.

But then, people dumb enough to think they can get away with it don't see the truck coming that will shut down their website and call them into court, whatever country they are in.
