i totaly new redone forum

i have made a new forum with alot more fetures than the old invison free one
it has lots of features including a point system and alot of effects in the effects shop
it has tons of bb code includong [scroll], [blur] and lots more
it has smiles and more comming soon
it has a shout box
and more features
