Forms?

Looking for a program that will allow me to make forms in my site without much knowledge of CGI scripting and/or a CGI tutorial on the subject. My site uses MKPORTAL (Content Management System) so it will have to be something compatable with that.

Do you mean Forums? If so, PHPBB is super easy, all you have to do is download it, then upload it to your site and install it I use it on my site.
