i have some problems with online payment method
like (PayPal - E-Gold)

1 - PAYPAL :
i already register there but i'm unverfied because my country not at list ?
*so i want to know : now i can't send or recieve money with my account ??
*is there are any way to verfiy my account , and can send , recieve money ???
*if i have money on paypal and i want it (i want it in my hand , not on internet ) how i can make that and how it cost

**how much they take for send money??? and for recieve money???

2-E-Gold

untill now i don't know how i can work with it

*EX : if some one want to send me 10 $ to my E-Gold Account
i will recive 10 $ ????? or less??? or it convert it to Gold ???

**how it take in send and recive money ???

is there are other free online payment method more good and allow all countries ? ?? and cheap at transcation (money that they take atsend and recive money ) ????
