Hi,

Why can't I create a new thread in the General Marketplace/dd incentive forum?

It tells me that I don't have access.

What do I need to do to gain access so that I can submit my dd incentive?

You need a certain number of posts before you can create your own thread in the DDPoint Incentive forum.
