OK, here we go

Motherboard : GigaByte Computers - GA-P35C-DS3R Motherboard - GAP35CDS3R

Memory : Corsair Computers - XMS2 2GB PC2-6400 DDR2 DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit - TWIN2X20486400

Videocard : eVGA Computers - GeForce 8800 GTS Video Card - 640P2N821AR

HDD : WD Computers - Caviar SE16 500GB Hard Drive - WD5000KS

DVD : Lite-On Computers - LH-20A1H Dual Layer DVD&#177RW Writer - LH20A1H186

Power Supply : OCZ Technology Computers - GameXStream 700W Power Supply - OCZ700GXSSLI

Webcam : Logitech Computers - QuickCam Fusion Webcam - 9614030403

I suggested a very good case for you better than the one you chose, it's up to you to choose between them.

The motherboard has integrated sound, it's quite good, so you shouldn't need a sound card.

These are quality parts, trust me you should build an awesome PC with them !

You should also try to buy in bulk (if you have the capital). Most manufacturer's will give more for "the buck" when you buy in bulk. (NOT middlemen)

Well, the configuration provided by M Nabil is one of the best current PC configuration there is. You got some options tho. You can wait for the end of the year to pass, cause Intel&AMD have some surprises in store for us, and you might regret in the following year that you didn't have patience and some new more powerfull computer parts have been released. It's all up to you!

[edited]

Also, If you're into gaming try getting a AMD Athlon 64 6400+ instead of the Core 2 Duo.

The Core 2 Duo E6850 performs slightly better on stock than the AMD Athlon 64 6400+ and overclocks better.

If you are willing to wait, AMD will be releasing their new Phenom series next month , they are expected to be competitive with Intel Core 2 Duo , so prices may come down, that's all, but don't expect performance much better than Core 2 Duo level either from Intel or AMD.
