-Giving reputation/rating to a user [1 ddpoint/rate]
-"Steal" [max 499 ddpoints/steal; 40% success rate; unsuccessful steal results in the lowering of a person's reputation]
-Lottery [depends on type of lottery]
*Generally, most DDpoints can be earned by doing tasks [or "incentives"]

i thought stealing has a 40% success rate? i read that in another thread ..
