can u please specify gif to ??? converter
if u want to convert it into some other format like bmp or jpeg u can easily do that by opening the image in MS Paint and then do this.
File> Save As
then select the desired format and click save

He wants a Video -> GIF converter.

And not a GIF -> ??? converter.
