I live in Peru and i want a paypal account verificated
I registered my paypal when i was in argentina, argentina is a valid country but now im in peru and is imposible to get a paypal account

How can i have a paypal account verificated

there's nothing you can do actually for paypal will banned every country that is not approved for paypal verification if you're there and try to login.

A different between argentian paypal account and USA paypal account is that:
argentinian paypal account only need a Visa, mastercard, credit or debit card
USA needs bank acount
In theory is easier to have a paypal account using this contries, for example buying a prepaid debit card

yeah there's also a tos there on paypal that if you are able to open up an account on approved countries and then open it up on a non-serviceable country of paypal they will suspend your account, so be careful about this. i think the only way to solve this is have staff in the U.S. a person which will do login, buy/sell transaction for the company or for you. we've already talked about this limitation especially Im from the Philippines and we're not allowed to have an account. there's some incidences here that one of my colleagues have opened an account while he's in the U.S. and when he visited our country, he logged in to paypal here in the Philippines and it got suspended.

Ok, Probably because political issues. USA dont like some kind of countries All know about that. All this situation is not fair because Not all has same opportunities.
Peru has a frontier with Ecuador at north and with Chile at south; Ecuador and Chile are approval countries.
And i will writter this trying to not offend but Peru move same or more money that ecuador for example

I believe theres not much to do about it since you cannot cash in or cashout money if you're in Peru...

I have the same problem but i'm just gonna wait until i can get a credit card... for now i have to put up using a crappy merchant account

What do you mean by Verified and unverified. ? i have one and it is unverified ! and most of the countries are included in the list for the account creation !
