How do i show sub-forums on the main forum index

I thought this would be automatic, but guess theres an option somewhere??

I am Using vB 3.6.4

AdminCp -> vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options

Open the "Forum Listings Display Options" setting.

The use the settings as shown in the image below :
