when ever i post for asking about my Points in the Member help section i get my points else i dont get any points in the other sections.

Hi Everyone,

there seem to be some on-and-off problems with points not being credited correctly. We have worked extensively with the developer of the points system and we even switched to a new hosting provider.

I believe the problems are less frequent now, but probably there are still some issues, which we cannot do anything about at this point.

The points system we are using is vbPlaza version 1.5.8 which is the latest release. The developer of that add-on is currently working on version 2.0 which will be a complete rewrite of the code. We hope that once 2.0 is released and we upgrade to that version, these problems will be gone permanently.

In the meantime, my apologogies if points don't get credit correctly at all times. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do at this point.
