try sign-profit.com but your site needs to be an ecommerce site pref. egold exchange site/forum and submit it to them they have highest rate as far as I know.

That site hasn't been paying me for several months... I have a few dollars in my account and I can never get the cashout to work.

I have done so several times and no reply, ultimately I just gave up and now I do not remember my login details.
