Making table cell a hyperlink / making a pop up window

Does anyone know table cell a hyperlink that well you put your mouse on it it change to show its a link? With out using a bunch of images

I need it it make a Online verison of the periodic-table-of-elements Where when you click on a element it tell more about it Which leads to to my next question how do you make a pop up window with out the toolbar in it?

Solved this problem But Can anyone help me with the other please

you could create this using css if you felt upto it, it shouldn't be overly heard, that way your whole element area could become clickable, you can also define different colours if you wanted for the different groups of elements or the different types

if you wanted to try this method i could help you with it

i made an example for you (quickly)

the example is completly made using css

they are no images used within it

it is how it is written, i can teach you how if you wanted me to

It won't pop up! When I clicked it, it was dead as dummy!

unfortunatly i cannot put info where there wasn't any in the first place

there are links there but they don't go anywhere

No I had exam to study for now that its summer I have time to work on this (But I had to turn in my science book )
