Urgent Help please

Hey Friends i need an urgent help from the experts in here. one of my uncles registered 2 domains 1 year back under jatasayurveda.com and ayushman.net from godaddy.But due to his staff negligence they failed to renew the domain and now the site is not showing up. Is it possible to recover the domain back.They already advertised to their clients and customers and they dearly get the domain back.Please help me sort out this problem please.My uncle sent me a mail since am doing some web designing works along with my studies. In fact am also new to this stuff.Your help is really appreciated.

I am not an expert but I think you should contact godaddy support as fast as possible and then explain to them the problem..

if i remember correctly godaddy might allow you to renew them after they have expired but i cannot remember, so contacting godaddy directly would probs be your best option

yeah. contact godaddy to try and get your domains back. this is your best bet!

CONTACTING GODADDY would be a good thing to do..

Every domain has a 40 days period after it expires to be renewed without any penalty or problem. After that it changes status to redemption period for 30 days, when you can renew paying a heavy penalty. After that the domain is locked for deletation. On the 5th day of that period, the domian is deleted and opend for new registration.

One of your domain was is redemption period and the other was wrong I guess(that isn't expired and parked). So you can renew paying some heavy fine. Contact GoDaddy ASAP. Cause you are already late in the redemption period as well. It will soon be marked as Deleted.
