mirror sites

can i point my domain to the main site and the mirror site by pointing first two nameservers at the main server and the last two nameservers at the backup server?

im looking for a way to instantly have the mirror site when the main one goes down. if at all possible.

Do you mean having different name servers with same files?

having two identical files on two different servers, and domain pointing one normally, shifting to the other when the first one doesnt work.
