Lately on my site, I've been getting negative comments and feedback...
I didn't really do anything to people and there's this person that keeps on commenting/spamming my site...

ur gonna get hacked soon

I've received this today and I just don't know how to handle it! The time when my site first opened this person (I think it's the same person who posted this comment) left a comment saying "Thinking your cutenews won't be hacked again?" because I've installed anti-hacks on my cutenews. And a few months ago, I owned this small site, and this person sent me a comment saying that I won a sh*t award. The person also sent this same award to several other sites. Then I kind of got mad and had a meltdown. I closed down my site then wrote a message with strong angry voice saying that to stop this and many other things. That time, I was registering my first domain at ddboards so I was going to switch sites too. Since I got my new domain, I decided to get a new site, and the same striker wrote lots of negative comments and hacked into my cutenews. Then I created a poll saying that if I should close the site or not, the same person voted 300 times no. Recently, I've decided to start over the wesite business all over with a clean slate, and I'm suspecting that the same person has found my new site and wants to wreck my hard work again...
What should I do?? (This person might be using multiple computers and I haven't banned them fully from my site)
