Do You Really Have To Social Bookmark Your Site?

I have heard about social bookmarking your site is one of the best methods to promote your site as well increasing the traffic significantly. Is this true? Or is it just fraud?

What's the use of submitting your site to more than 30 social bookmarking sites if the content is just crap?

If the content is crap, then I think you just help to make the net a lot more vulnerable to newbies...

Just an opinion though...;-)

You don't have to but it's recommended if you want plenty of visitors.
