you can also remove it by detecting what kind of trojan/adware it is
http://www.download.com/Bazooka-Adwa...-10247782.html
use the bazooka scanner. it's free

glors pls update this thread if error is fixed on your computer

I would recommend getting F-Secure, I get it free from my ISP, but it is much better than Norton and doesn't really slow down your computer, I have never had a virus even come near bugging my computer, updates daily, it's worth the price I think.

Just my thought.

I use a combination of Nod32 anti-virus and Zonealarm firewall.

The result? No viruses, spyware, adware etc. for more than three months!

Eset's Nod32 costs money and so do the better versions of Zonalarm, however there is a free version of Zonealarm that is just the basic firewall.

I would ditch Norton if you haven't already. The better free antivirus software of today are AVG, Avast or AntiVir.

Tell us what other security software/hardware you use, if any.

you shoudent really mix firewall like that just like antivirus's the can conflict with each other and end up providing you with less protection but if you have like a router/proxy firewall and a firewall on you computer thats fine.

Anti-virus will interfere with a firewall only if the anti-virus program has a built in firewall itself.

Nowadays most AV software and firewalls are smart enough to recognise each other's presence.
