half hour on hold with Symantec

Oh my god. Three phone calls, three restarts and this is still not working. Did anyone hear me say Symantec and Norton were reliable products? I take it back.

Wow what a blowout. Did you ever get it resolved? They should refund you if it didn't work. Resource eater no kidding. Sorry you had to go through that namewinner. Thanks for sharing the warning at least.

norton weren't brilliant to me either, and for what ure paying you might aswel go with someone else.
did u get it resolved? or did u give up, like alot of people do when it gets to that stage. i know i would of.
