there are many such softwares which can find relevant links for you but you must mail to webmasters and they must place a link of your site in their site. you can also add a link to my free directory find link in my sigs

another one i used are linkalizer, link-vault but they require of course a reciprocal link to be free though linkdash is another also but can be upgraded to paid without requiring you to link back or recip.
